Let me introduce myself – my name is REGINA!
I am ROYAL, EDUCATED, GORGEOUS, INNOVATIVE, NICE, and AMAZING! But here’s the truth: before 2019, I didn’t fully believe these words described me. I didn’t realize that God had given me an assignment, and I wasn’t living up to my full potential.

That all changed on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in September 2019. I hit a breaking point—a mental breakdown that left me tired of being “sick and tired.” I knew I needed help, so I took a leap of faith and reached out to a spiritual life coach. That decision transformed my life.

Through my journey of growth and healing, I discovered powerful truths:

• I wasn’t standing in my truth.
• I didn’t truly love myself.
• I had been hiding behind a facade.
• I needed to embrace my authenticity.

I found my voice, my purpose, and my passion—and now, I am committed to helping others do the same.
